The Agape Faith Church has been founded by Matthias & Gabi Schmöcker in 1995 and is an independent evangelical church. The church is part of the international church association „Faith Christian Fellowship“(www.FCF.org).

The Agape Faith Church is an area of operations of the non-profit organisation „ Agape Christliche Dienste e.V“, that is registered at the county court Neuruppin (VR 2999). The church has a strong connection to the charismatic movement and to the movement of new churches. About 620 to 650 million of the 1,7 billion christians worldwide count themselfes part of the pentacostal-charismatic movement.

It is the explicit wish to have a friendly relationship to every christian church and confession in germany and all over the world. Those relationships are cultivated for example through regular over denominational meetings for pastors. In addition the church is hosting seminars and conferences.
